Newsletter April 2008

Over recent years L&D has continued to actively develop and promote the values and benefits of legal, sustainably managed and certified forestry and wood products. This focus is quite simply part of our Company's culture, from the forest management to finished product. Everything we do is now formally implemented, monitored, publicly notified and independently third party certified by the Indigenous Department of the Ministry of Primary Industries.

There is an ever growing awareness and concern worldwide about the impact that our daily lives and habits have on the environment. We believe that all matters concerning political, economic, social and environmental consideration, must be addressed on a practical and balanced perspective if credible outcomes and improvements are to be achieved.

Lindsay & Dixon are proud about the significant advancements the Company has made in native forestry management and processing, and adapting to an ever changing and challenging market with a growing public awareness and expectation of all matters environmental.

We continue to refine, change and improve our systems and processes. We welcome and enjoy community and public involvement by way of open days and visits to our sites. Understanding can only be achieved by awareness, education and openness, and we provide result credibility via our information data base, public notification and third party certification.

Active promotion and marketing of our certified systems and products, to a wide range of industry customers, consumers, architects and specifiers is our key focus for the future.

Our forest is our future and we manage and protect it with a passion.

Thank-you for visiting our website and we welcome any further inquiry you may have.
